At Kin Bistro, we work hard to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible so you can receive your item without delay. Because of this, we allow a short cancellation window.

Order Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

After this window, our team will already have begun processing your order, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

Shipped Orders

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you will need to follow our Return and Refund Policy once the item has been delivered.

How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at help@kinbistro.shop with your order number. If your request is received within the 24 hour window, we will confirm and process your cancellation promptly.
