At Kin Bistro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a handbag or accessory does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery, excluding the day of purchase.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at help@kinbistro.shop with your order details and reason for the return.
Conditions for Return
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- The product has not been used.
- The item retains its original appearance and packaging.
- All components, accessories, and tags are intact.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Exchange Process
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you would like to exchange your item whether due to a defect, a difference in size or color, or simply a change of preference you may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. When contacting us, please specify the product you wish to exchange and the replacement item you would like.
Exchanges are processed once the returned product is received and inspected, and they are subject to product availability at the time of your request. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or request a refund instead.
Shipping for Return Items
The returned item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend using a courier service with tracking and insurance to ensure safe delivery.
If you are returning an item for personal reasons such as change of mind, size, or preference, you will be responsible for both the return shipping cost and arranging your own return shipping label.
If the return is due to mistake from our side such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.
Deductions
When returning an item, the original shipping fee you paid may not be included in your refund. Additionally, if the returned product shows signs of use, damage, or missing components due to improper handling, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.
Restocking fee
We do not charge restocking fees on return items.

We currently accept returns by mail.
Refund Process
Customers may request a refund within 30 days of receiving their order. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase and are typically completed within 10 business days after the returned item is approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us at help@kinbistro.shop with clear photos of the item and its packaging, including any visible damage or labeling errors. Once we receive your email, our team will promptly review the issue and do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Cancellation of Order
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed. If your cancellation is accepted, you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid.
