We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15 on all orders within the United States. This means you pay a single, fixed shipping cost regardless of the number of items or total order value. Handling, Transit and Cut-Off Times for United States
Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
Once your order is placed, our team carefully processes, verifies, and prepares it for shipment within 1 to 2 business days. This ensures that your items are packed securely and dispatched promptly for delivery.
Transit Time: 5–6 business days (Monday to Friday)
After the handling process, your order will be shipped and typically delivered within 5 to 6 business days. Transit time may vary slightly depending on your location, weather conditions, or carrier delays, but we always strive to ensure timely delivery.
Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00 PM (EST / GMT-05:00)
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) are processed on the same business day. Any orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
The total delivery time is 6–8 business days. This timeframe includes both the handling and transit periods. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and then shipped through one of our delivery partners. Delivery duration may vary depending on the destination and carrier schedule.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes
At Kin Bistro, the prices shown at checkout are final and inclusive of all taxes, customs duties, and import fees. You will not be asked to pay anything extra upon delivery. The amount you see on our website is the total you pay no hidden charges, no surprises.
Change of Customer Mind
If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. It is important to contact us within this timeframe, as returns requested after the 30 days period will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, you have the flexibility to either place a new order or receive a refund for the returned item.
